At Ice Hockey Store, we want to ensure you have the right gear for the rink; if your equipment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all tags remain attached and original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or use our guest return tracker to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Gear
Place the unused hockey equipment securely in its original box, ensuring all protective padding and accessory components are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
